All our international shipments are fully insured and will be shipped 3-4 days after payment. We use Eco post for regular shipping, items shipped from Tel Aviv, Israel and it takes around 1-3 weeks getting to the US, and 8-28 days to Europe, whilst not all of europe gets ECO post.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us! If you are not satisfied with an item you may return it for a refund of your purchase price. Merchandise should be returned in new condition. We ask that the original merchandise be sent back within a 7 day period from the time you receive it and that it be sent back in its original state. Please be aware that NO shipping or handling charges will be refunded and the buyer will pay for return shipping costs.
